Our service department also provides after-sales service, training and installation of equipment on the spot, which is conducted by our certified service engineers, which are trained at the factory manufacturer.

Customer service provides:


  • Installation, equipment installation, and commissioning on site
  • Warranty service (maintenance and repair work)
  • Supply of spare parts and consumables

After-sales service:

Support by our engineer anywhere in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan

The Study:

Mandatory training for the users who will work on the equipment (included in the scope of works for commissioning), with support from the engineer to the laboratory
